**Job Description: Contract Teacher - Spoken English (English-Marathi)**

**Position**: Contract Teacher - Spoken English
**Duration**: 100 Hours
**Location**: Flexible
**Language Requirement**: Fluency in **English and Marathi** (speaking, reading, and writing)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver **30 hours of recorded lectures** in English-Marathi.
- Guide and evaluate **30 hours of quizzes and assignments**.
- Conduct **10 hours of assessments and feedback sessions**.
- Develop **course material for ~50 hours** of self-learning and assignments.
- Design and prepare **quizzes, lecture PPTs, and orientation PPTs**.
- Record engaging, high-quality lectures.
- Focus on enhancing students’ **confidence, fluency, and communication skills**.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **English, Applied Linguistics, Communication, or equivalent**.
- Proven experience in teaching **Spoken English**, preferably to bilingual (English-Marathi) learners.
- Excellent command of both **Marathi and English** (academic and conversational).
- Strong **presentation, teaching, and communication skills**.
- Proficiency in using **digital teaching platforms, PPT design, and video recording tools**.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 5 per week
