**We are looking for a high-performing Real Estate Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets for our plot sales division. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the senior management by delivering results.**

**Job Location**:Blue Coast Avenue, ECR, Kadalur Village (Near Kalpakkam)

**Job Description**:

- Responsible for driving sales at designated project.
- Acquiring new customers through marketing campaigns, data calling, self generation, networking and referral.
- Attending client calls received through marketing campaigns understanding & explaining about project, ensuring diligent follow up and converting leads to site visits.
- Ensure accuracy of deliverables, client service and engagement calls, meetings, site visits, follow up & overall governance at designated project.
- Attending Client Walk ins, explaining them about the project, handling queries & closing sales.
- Achieving sales targets given ,maximizing site visits & conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills with mandate English fluency.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
