**Sales Executive (Inbound & Outbound Sales) - Commission-Based**

We are looking for a highly motivated **Sales Executive** to drive revenue growth through **inbound and outbound sales**. This is a **commission-based role**, where your earnings are directly tied to your performance. If you have a passion for sales, strong persuasion skills, and the ability to close deals, this is an excellent opportunity for high earnings with no income cap

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers through inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting.
- Qualify leads, pitch products/services, and close deals effectively.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and increase conversions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through a strategic sales approach.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inbound/outbound sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads.
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- **Performance-based commission** with **no earnings cap**.
- Higher commission percentages for top performers.
- Incentives and bonuses for exceeding targets.
