**Job Title: Customer Relations Officer**
**Location: ( Temple Adventures) #9A, Gandhi St., Colas Nagar,**
**Opposite India Gandhi Stadium**
**Pondicherry, India.**
Department: Admin Department, Bookings Division.
Report To: Bookings Team Manager
Work Time: In Office: 9AM-6PM ; On Call : 6AM - 8PM
**Duties and responsibilities**:
To handle HOTLINE - 1, answer the
queries of the customer on call. Send them the required details
through any means possible. Convert potential customers to
bookings, make the bookings and coordinate.
∙Attending the calls from 6AM to 8PM
∙Make bookings and recording it
∙Handling customers in soft and kind manner
∙Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor
∙Maintain complaints with all company policies and procedures
Education and Experience:
∙Excellent verbal communication skills with multi lingual
capacity (English is must)
∙The preferable languages - Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu
etc.,
∙Basic degree with average score
∙Good in handling gadgets like smart phone and computer
∙Must be able to work extremely well and meet the dead lines
while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary
customer services
∙Ability to work truthfully and in co ordination with the team to
reach the decided goals
∙Experience if any preferred
Physical Requirement:
∙Handling HOTLINE without any complaints
**Salary Payable**:
**∙Based on the skills and experience**
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
