**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads to introduce and promote Alkemy EdTech's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Actively listen to customer requirements and offer tailored solutions that match their needs.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer objections professionally and persuasively.
- Negotiate deals confidently to achieve successful closures.
- Guide customers through payment processes and ensure timely transactions.
- Provide a smooth onboarding experience and initial support to new customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales pitches with campaigns.
- Coordinate with telecalling teams to manage and convert leads effectively.
- Update customer records, sales data, and progress in the CRM system accurately.
- Provide feedback and sales reports to the management for performance analysis.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in EdTech or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
