**Position**: Telesales Executive
**Location**: Ameerpet
**Department**: Customer Support/ telesales
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calls**:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products/services.
- Follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or customer inquiries.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to close deals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and handle customer complaints or queries effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and pricing structures.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- **Database Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software.
- Ensure customer details are updated and correctly logged for future follow-ups.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to improve lead quality.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights, and suggesting improvements.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Prepare regular sales reports to track performance.
- Provide feedback to management on trends and customer behavior.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 0-1 year of telesales or relevant sales experience.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- **Sales-Oriented**: Strong ability to identify customer needs and close sales.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and phone systems.
- **Persistence**: Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple calls and follow-ups.
