**Job Purpose**
- Supporting IR head in managing Company’s communication with the investor and analyst community

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the analysts tracking the Company.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (including Finance, Strategy, technology, marketing, regulatory and other corporate functions) for accurate and timely financial disclosures and relevant updates.
- Prepare quarterly earnings announcements, investor presentations, earnings call scripts, and management Q&A briefs etc.
- Provide feedback to management on investor perceptions and market trends.
- Manage participation in investor conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings.
- Ensure all investor communications are following the SEBI regulations and compliances, stock exchange requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Track shareholding pattern changes, analyst models, and key competitor financials to support management.
- Support the IR head on the long-range business plan and debt related discussions as well as discussions with credit rating agencies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of capital markets and regulatory framework
- Proactive, confident, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Team player who can work seamlessly with cross-functional teamsStrategic mindset with attention to detail

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Experience in investor relations, equity research or corporate finance, recent experience in Investor Relations is strongly preferred
- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred
