Role Summary:
The Investor Relations Associate plays a pivotal role in collaborating with senior leadership to develop and

execute investor relations strategies and programs. They are responsible for fostering effective communication

with existing and potential investors, providing them with insightful guidance, and addressing their queries

regarding investment and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the formulation of investor messaging and positioning to enhance the company's reputation

and investor confidence.

- Address investor inquiries and concerns regarding investment opportunities, financial performance,

and portfolio management with clarity and professionalism.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry best practices to maintain the highest standards

of investor relations practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Proven knowledge in investor relations, finance, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complexities to a diverse

audience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Prior internship experience would be preferable but not mandatory.
