**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Stay updated with the latest labour laws, amendments, and regulatory requirements applicable to the organization.

2. Develop, implement, and maintain labour compliance policies, procedures, and practices in line with applicable laws.

3. Provide expert advice and guidance to management, HR, and other departments on labour law matters.

4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with labour laws, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

5. Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and filing related to labour law compliance.

6. Monitor and review employment contracts, agreements, and policies to ensure compliance with labour laws.

7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance during the recruitment, selection, and termination processes.

8. Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and auditors on labour law matters.

9. Handle investigations and resolve disputes related to labour law compliance in a timely and effective manner.

10. Conduct training and awareness programs for employees and management to enhance understanding of labour laws and compliance requirements.

11. Prepare reports and presentations on labour law compliance activities, metrics, and outcomes for senior management.

12. Ensure all client related compliances are adhered to and documentary evidences are properly maintained, provided to client and/or uploaded on any audit portals, as per clients' requirements in a timely manner and at a regular defined frequency.
- A graduate degree in any discipline.
- A law degree, preferably specializing in labour laws.
- Five years or more of experience as a labour law consultant or lawyer.
- Sound knowledge of the following labour laws: Minimum Wages Act, Employee Provident Fund Act, Employee State Insurance Act, Standing Orders Act, Contract Labour Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Payment of Bonus Act, and Payment of Gratuities Act.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to labour laws in India.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
