**Job Profile**: We are looking for Executive - Payroll & Compliance, the person will be working with payroll process including submission & filing of PF, ESIC, Professional tax, TDS & LWF etc. This the bright opening for anyone who has interest to work with AKM global. The role is responsible for Statutory Compliances.
- Some of the key responsibilities including the following:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Complete ownership of the Client payroll process.
- Coordination with client and internal Teams.
- Managing Payroll related legal & statutory compliance (TDS, PF, ESI, PT, LWF & Minimum wages etc)
- To maintain & prepared the Statutory register related to various labour Laws.
- Investment Checking & updating(if required).
- To competent to handle PAN India Labour compliances.
- Interaction with Specific department (PF, ESI, PT, LWF and S&E etc)
- To handle and assisting the various labour registration.
- Ensure all the returns and payment will be made on a timely manner without interest and penalties.
- Preparation of MIS and compile the monthly wise data.
- Update your knowledge regarding any changes in the labour law code and communicate to the client or internal team promptly.
