*Job Description:*
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Telecalling:* Actively reach out to potential B2B clients and prospects, introduce the company’s products/services, and qualify leads for further sales discussions.
- *Sales Support:* Assist in nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients by providing product information, handling inquiries, and following up on sales leads.
- *Client Management:* Effectively handle inbound and outbound calls with B2B agents to convert leads into sales and drive business growth.
- *Sales Conversion:* Work with the sales team to close deals, set up appointments, and facilitate product demonstrations.
- *Maintain Records:* Document client interactions and follow up with leads using CRM systems, ensuring a seamless sales process.
- *Team Collaboration:* Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to share insights, improve sales strategies, and meet business goals.
*Key Requirements:*
- *Experience:* 6 months to 2 years in B2B sales, telecalling, or a related field.
- *Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey product/service value effectively to B2B clients.
- *Convenience Skills:* Ability to handle objections, manage customer concerns, and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- *Problem-Solving Skills:* Strong ability to resolve issues and find effective solutions for client needs.
- *Immediate Joiners:* Willingness to join immediately and work with mínimal onboarding time.
- *Confidence:* Comfortability in talking to decision-makers in businesses, with an assertive yet professional tone.
*Preferred Skills:*
- Prior experience working with B2B clients in a sales or telecalling environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
