About the Role
We are seeking a well-organized and proactive CRM & Client Support Executive to join our team in Patparganj, Delhi. This is a non-target, support-focused role ideal for someone who can manage client data, coordinate follow-ups, and assist in client handling during exhibitions and expos.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update client data in the CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, etc.)
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, updates, and event-related communication
- Respond to routine client queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Provide support during exhibitions and expos, including client coordination and event follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain client servicing reports and documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client needs are met efficiently
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or sales support, preferably in the printing or packaging industry
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or MS Dynamics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a professional and client-centric approach
