Manage day-to-day affiliate marketing activities with publishers/networks to meet channel KPIs and customer acquisition goals
- Recruiting new affiliates to run CPA, CPI and CPL campaigns
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme
- Monitor publisher activity, analyse performance and identify areas of improvement
- Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and other spends
- Interact with affiliates to establish relationships, and proactively manage the existing relationships
- Maintain affiliate marketing reports and share useful insights
- Coordinate with internal teams to address affiliate requirements
- Stay updated with current trends in digital marketing and identify new opportunities
- SEO knowledge will be an added advantage

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an affiliate marketing role
- Understanding of Affiliate marketing concepts
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good analytical skills, comfortable with Excel
- Exposure to international campaigns will be good
- Willing to try new strategies
