Job Title: MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain the organization's Management Information System (MIS) to meet the reporting needs of different departments. (Knowledge of Any Analytics software like – Power BI, SAP, Zoho Analytics and Others are Added Advantage)
2. Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
3. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing data validation and quality control measures.
4. Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and design customized reports.
5. Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of the MIS system and reporting tools.
6. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruptions.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MIS and data management to enhance system capabilities.
8. Conduct regular audits to identify system improvements, streamline processes, and optimize data flow.
9. Assist in ad-hoc data analysis and special projects as assigned by management.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in Ms Excel Formulas - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & database management, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and understanding of business processes is advantageous.
