Job Details - Type: Full-Time - Working Days: Monday to Friday - Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (On-site) About the Role We are seeking a performance-driven, brand-obsessed Marketing Strategist with deep expertise in the digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, capable of building brands from the ground up. This role combines strategy, execution, and leadership across digital marketing, advertising, branding, website infrastructure, analytics, and omnichannel content. You will lead end-to-end marketing and growth initiatives for clients and brands across global markets. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning - Design and implement 360° digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - Identify growth opportunities across search, social, email, and affiliate channels. - Develop GTM and media mix strategies (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic) focused on CPL and ROAS. - Create campaign timelines, content calendars, and audience segmentation plans. - Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and go-to-market strategies for product launches. - Track and report performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards. Performance Marketing - Plan and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube. - Drive lead generation, traffic, eCommerce sales, and brand recall. - Set up conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation. - Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and CTAs. - Analyse funnel progression, bounce rates, and user behavior insights with GA4 and Clarity. Branding & Content Creation - Build and execute content marketing strategies (SEO, social, email). - Define brand positioning, tone of voice, storytelling framework. - Develop and script creative assets for campaigns, reels, landing pages, and blogs. - Lead creative development for ads, videos, and social campaigns. - Manage organic content calendars and brand engagement moments. Digital Marketing Infrastructure - Implement GA4 with GTM for event tracking and attribution. - Build conversion funnels and dashboards in Looker Studio. - Set up email marketing automations (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zoho). - Optimize websites for SEO, performance, and conversions. - Create and manage custom audience pools and advanced GTM triggers. Client, Team & Campaign Management - Collaborate with clients to deliver measurable outcomes. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, content, dev, video). - Prepare detailed reports, insights, and presentation decks. - Guide and mentor junior team members and freelancers. - Manage multiple international clients across US, UK, Canada, Australia, Netherlands. Required Skills & Tools Advertising & Performance: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio Creative & Content: Canva, Figma, content scripting & storyboarding CRM & Automation: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Sendinblue, WhatsApp tools (Interakt, Zoko, WATI) Analytics & Reporting: Dashboards (Looker Studio, Google Sheets), funnel & traffic analysis Others: Excel, Google Docs, Notion, Trello/Asana, SEO tools (Screaming Frog, GSC, SEMrush – preferred) Soft Skills - Strong communication & presentation skills - Analytical, detail-oriented & data-driven mindset - Ability to multitask and manage global projects Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field - 7–20 years of proven experience in digital marketing, branding, or strategy - Experience working with diverse international clients What You Bring - Deep understanding of how performance marketing, content, and brand strategy work together. - Ability to blend creativity with data-driven execution for scalable growth
