We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can scale our growth engine using HubSpot and modern digital strategies. If you love creating demand, automating funnels, and driving conversions, this role is for you. 🛠️ What You'll Do - Own and manage HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub: workflows, lead scoring, automation, and reporting. - Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, content). - Build lead nurturing funnels that convert candidates and recruiters. - Drive SEO, content, and performance marketing for brand visibility. - Create and optimize landing pages, newsletters, drip campaigns. - Measure and analyze KPIs (CAC, MQLs, SQLs, churn, funnel drop-offs). - Work closely with founders on brand positioning and GTM strategy. - Coordinate with sales team to ensure lead quality and pipeline health.
