**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Developing Digital Marketing Strategies**: Creating comprehensive online marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- **Managing Digital Channels**: Overseeing various online marketing channels, including:

- Social media (Facebook, You tube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Search engine marketing (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Display advertising
- Affiliate marketing
- Content marketing (blogs, videos, podcasts, etc.)
- **SEO and SEM**: Optimizing website content to rank higher in search engines (SEO) and managing paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic.
- **Content Creation and Optimization**: Working with content teams to create high-quality digital content, such as blogs, videos, social media posts, and website content.
- **Social Media Management**: Developing and executing social media strategies, including content creation, audience engagement, and performance monitoring.
- **Data Analytics**: Monitoring performance metrics across platforms (using Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.
- **Budget Management**: Managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing the allocation of resources.
- **Market Research**: Analyzing competitors and industry trends to improve marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Working with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- Experience in digital marketing (1-3 years).
- Certification in digital marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.) is often preferred.
- Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Mailchimp, and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
