**JOB TITLE**:Operations Coordinator
**EDUCATION QUALIFICATION**:Bachelor's Degree
**EXPERIENCE: 2 Years**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate between departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and logistics for meetings, events, and projects.
- Track and report key operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Assist with inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and leadership team.
- Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to support business operations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an operations or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
