**Job Title**:
Operations Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations for travel bookings, tours, and events.
- Liaise with travel agents, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare travel itineraries, schedules, and cost estimates for clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates regarding bookings and arrangements.
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Support event planning and execution as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, preferably in travel or event management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
