**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer and configure **Jira Software, Confluence, and Bitbucket** for global teams
- **Manage Jira workflows, automation, and user permissions** to improve system efficiency
- **Integrate Atlassian tools with DevOps pipelines** (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps)
- Oversee **Jira security, compliance, and performance monitoring**:

- **Customize dashboards & reports** using JQL and other Atlassian tools
- Troubleshoot and **resolve issues related to Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket**:

- Perform **Jira/Confluence Cloud migrations**, upgrades, and system maintenance
- Provide **user training, documentation, and best practices** for Atlassian tools

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 10+ **years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator** managing Jira, Confluence & Bitbucket
- **Expertise in Jira workflow customization, automation, and integrations**:

- Proficiency in **Groovy, Python, or Bash scripting** for Jira automation
- Experience with **Atlassian Marketplace Apps** (ScriptRunner, BigPicture, Tempo)
- Hands-on experience with **CI/CD integration** and **DevOps tools**:

- Strong understanding of **Jira security, user management, and compliance policies**:

- Ability to **troubleshoot system issues & optimize performance**:

- **Preferred**: Atlassian certifications (e.g., Certified Jira Administrator)

**Atlassian Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)**:

- Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator
- Atlassian Certified Agile Development with Jira Software
- Atlassian Cloud Organization Admin
