- We're hiring a People Operations Associate, reporting to the People Operations Lead. You are a People Operations Associate with a background in Recruiting and Pre-Hire administrative support.

**What you'll do**:

- You will develop lasting relationships within Atlassian - with recruiters, interviewers and the hiring managers
- You will partner with Recruiters to support them in screening and scheduling interviews
- You will provide Pre-Hire administrative support
- You will improve the integrity of data in our Applicant Tracking System
- You will share your awesome ideas to the team and collaborate on impactful projects

**Your background**:

- You have at least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition support
- You have excellent verbal and written English skills
- You experienced supporting global teams
- You love technology and have experienced working with HR Systems (Workday, ICiMs)
