Associate, Talent Acquisition ( Trainer )

Responsiblities

  • Schedule and facilitate TA assessments, courses, and support services.
  • Maintain effective communication with hiring departments, candidates, and Talent team members.
  • Plans and conducts business conversations effectively.
  • Conveys and comprehends messages clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Perform daily TA operations, including conducting assessments and optimization.
  • Capable of facilitating training sessions and communicating information so that others can understand and learn.
  • Ensure accuracy in daily tasks, avoiding clerical errors in communication and documentation.
  • Leverage ReSourcePro operational experience to enhance TA programs and simulate real work environments in assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external content experts to design and develop TA activities and materials.
  • Summarize and report trainee progress or issues to the manager promptly.
  • Report significant issues or support needs to the function lead in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to focus on details, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, utilizing tools to enhance productivity and communication.
  • Maintains a positive attitude, aligns with company culture, and can handle work pressure effectively.
