**JOB DUTIES**: - Contributing & owning the Tools Roadmap plan and execution - Managing and working with production service tickets Queue - Take ownership of technical issues, working with the vendors when necessary - Analyzing & Resolving L1 & L2 service tickets - Monitor & maintain the health of Production, Dev and QA environments - Explore simplifying the legacy solutions and make it easy to use - Document and maintain up-to-date troubling shooting, problem resolution steps, developers notes, User guidelines - Drive innovations, new ideas to provide solutions - "Simple to Use" - Managing Server configurations, Tool Administration, Tool upgrades, Maintain and Support Work with internal teams to setup and maintain DevOps environments **YOU MUST HAVE**: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical discipline 4-6 years of technical experience **WE VALUE**: - Proficient in Atlassian Tools Suite ( **Jira, Confluence **, Bitbucket, Bamboo) - Experience on understanding legacy codes and building solutions on top of it - Experience in.Net platforms especially involved in developing build scripts from scratch - Experience with automated build and deployment tools (e.g. **Octopus Deploy **) - Experience with Cloud computing (preferably AWS), automation (Ansible), open-source operating systems ( **Linux **) - Exposure with enterprise databases, including strong working knowledge of SQL - Strong development skills with in-depth work experience on one or more programing languages and good debugging skills on - Java Script, VBA,.Net, HTML/CSS - Exposure to distributed version control systems (e.g. **Git/Bitbucket **) - Exposure to and understanding of source code management & processes (branching, merging, conflict resolution). - Exposure to common scripting and automation languages (Perl/Ruby/Python/ **MS Batch/PowerShell/Shell **). - Knowledge on Apache and Tomcat administration is desirable. (Configuration and Troubleshooting). - Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools a plus - Comfortable in working with Linux and Windows operating systems (Red Hat, Microsoft Windows Server) - Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills (both written and oral). - Effective team player and able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and build successful working relationships Extremely organized & detail oriented and technical problem solver **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU**: - You will be part of a talented and diverse Engineering Excellence team, supporting Engineering Tools Development & Tool Environments - Designing, planning & Implementation of business requirements LI-AS1
