We’re on the look-out for hard-working, detail-oriented people, who’ll be looking after several HR processes such as HRIS Data Management, onboarding & off-boarding and compliance.

**What you'll do**
- Manage HRIS Data
- Respond, track, and close employee queries promptly
- Onboard and off-board employees
- Assist in document administration
- Manage compliance and ensure quality output
- Initiate process improvements

**Your background**
- Have completed a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources or Psychology
- Have excellent verbal and written English skills
- Have an experience in HR Shared Services (HR Administration or HRIS support)
- Have an experience using Workday
- Are experienced in supporting global teams
- Are passionate about getting the job done correctly
