People Operations Associate

The People Ops Associate will be responsible for owning & performing Onboarding operations & related data management.

**What will you do?**:

- Support and deliver onboarding responsibilities for all categories of employment (FTE, Consultant & Contract)Responsible for tracking and managing the onboarding data, documents, records, and inventory.
- Responsible for maintaining and record-keeping all onboarding interventions.
- Responsible to manage any updates in the existing onboarding process flow in the backend.
- Collate/followup for the onboarding inputs from the stakeholders in the defined TAT.
- Initiate and complete the onboarding documentation process efficiently within the defined timelines.
- Communicate the joiner's information to all the stakeholders.
- Formulate the weekly onboarding plan, and schedule calendar invites with Zoom links for the new joiners & facilitators.
- Share/monitor relevant access/information with the new joiners.
- Track and access the assigned onboarding workflow for the relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor the onboarding feedback and highlight any detractors.
- Schedule People Partner and cross-functional connect for the different types of New joiners.
- Organize and execute the meet and greet ritual for the individuals joining the leadership team.
- Maintain an attendance record of the new joiners and report absenteeism to the relevant stakeholders.
- Track and share the status of the asset/welcome kit dispatch/delivery of the joiners with the internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the completion status for all compliance modules.
- Escalate deviations to the Infosec Team to set the proper practice.
- Work with the HR tech team for any process improvements on the Onboarding workflow.
- Support on the audit requirements.

**What do you need?**:

- At least a Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant HR on-boarding experience (handled the back-end operations of an on-boarding process for a minimum of 6 months).
- Adhering to SLAs of projects and delivery oriented.
- Superior written and verbal communication.
- Proficient with Google & Microsoft Suit - spreadsheets, docs, slides..etc.
- Comprehensive problem-solving skills & a go-getter attitude.
- Analytical skills to organize and analyze large datasets to generate insights. around usage trends and process improvements.
