
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and purchasing potential.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients, showcasing how they meet their specific requirements.
- Effectively address customer concerns, answer questions, and overcome objections to close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and customers.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to expand customer accounts.
- Track industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead and strategically position our solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Account Executive, or similar role with a focus on converting leads to sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent ability to close sales and meet/exceed targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client objections effectively.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
