**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling technical positions.
In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
