**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Assist with the coordination of new hire onboarding and orientation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

**Requirements**:

- Ctc 3 - 6lacs
- 2 - 4 years **experience in a recruitment coordination**:

- Preferably in an **e-commerce or D2C **environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- **Excellent communication **and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with **Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)**:

- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Experience in a **start-up culture is a plus**:
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- in a recruitment coordination: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Excellent English (required)

License/Certification:

- Preferably in an e-commerce or D2C environment (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills (required)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (required)
- Experience in a start-up culture is a plus (preferred)
