As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by engaging potential Students. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building strong student relationships, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate course solution
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To initiate and maintain communication with college/university representatives and students to promote our courses tailored to their students.
- To make outbound calls to students currently enrolled in universities and colleges, providing information about courses, certifications, and programs that complement their current studies and enhance their career prospects.
- To develop and sustain strong relationships with educational institutions and their students by addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and offering personalized guidance.
- To guide prospective College/University representative through our course and enrollment process, effectively conveying the benefits and value of the courses offered.
- To stay informed about educational trends, competitor offerings, and the specific needs of college and university students to tailor sales pitches and marketing strategies.
**Required qualifications and Skills**:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
