We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Telesales Executive (Freight Broker)** to join our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and identify potential customers through cold calling and other sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales goals

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telesales executive or similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Aware about the logistics

**Salary**: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
