A leading Fintech company with a global presence, providing innovative software solutions to financial institutions in over 110 countries, seeks an **International Telesales Executive**. Your role will be reaching out to potential clients globally, promoting and selling cutting-edge products. Engage prospects, address needs, and achieve sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Outreach**:

- Initiate outbound calls to international prospects.
- Present product benefits and features tailored to customer needs.

**Relationship Building**:

- Maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Address inquiries and objections with empathy and information.

**Needs Analysis**:

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

**Objection Handling**:

- Overcome hesitations and misconceptions with clear and accurate information.

**Sales Process Management**:

- Keep detailed records of interactions using CRM software.
- Follow the sales process and track lead progress.

**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Continuously improve sales techniques to optimize conversion rates.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and updates.

**Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other teams for a seamless customer experience.

**Reporting**:

- Generate regular sales reports detailing progress and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Post Graduation
- Minimum 2+ years of experience only in International Telesales
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Resilience and results-driven attitude
- Proficiency in multiple languages may be advantageous

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
