**Role: Telesales Executive**
**Location:
- Mohali**
**Mission**:
To effectively handle patient calls and messages, address their concerns, emphasize the brand’s value, and convert inquiries into paid doctor appointments.
**Key Outcomes**:
- **Closing Appointments**:
- Achieve the required monthly conversion rate for paid appointments.
- **Coordination with Patients**:
- Engage daily with all leads to resolve queries and book appointments.
- Follow up with non-responsive leads, making at least two contact attempts per day.
- **Data Accuracy**:
- Ensure 100% accuracy in completing company-provided data sheets and documents.
**Core Competencies**:
- **Relationship Building**:
- Establish and maintain rapport with patients to gain trust and encourage bookings.
**Experience Requirement**:
- **Minimum**: 2+ years in a relevant telesales or customer relationship role.
