**Telesales Executive -Telecaller (Female Only)**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Location**: Mohali, Punjab

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year (required)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential business clients.
- Explain and promote our services to e-commerce brands and businesses.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of leads.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers and 1 year of experience in telecalling or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent **verbal communication** and **interpersonal skills**.
- Strong understanding of cold calling and lead generation techniques.
- Experience in IT, e-commerce, or MLM industries is highly preferred.
