As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products/services.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify and report emerging customer issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
