**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a Customer Care Executive with around 1 year of experience to manage client relationships after property bookings. You’ll ensure smooth coordination for documents, payments, and overall customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keep the CRM system updated with client details and progress.
- Be the main point of contact for customers after booking.
- Help with documents, payments, and final handover.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, etc.).
- Handle client queries and solve issues quickly.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and payments.
- Support customers during their onboarding journey.
- Prepare basic reports on customer feedback and service updates.
- Work on ways to improve customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or CRM (real estate preferred, but open to other industries).
- Basic understanding of real estate processes and documents.
- Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
