**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and convert potential customers for various loan products (personal, home, business loans, etc.)
- Conduct client meetings to understand their financial needs and suggest appropriate loan solutions
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects
- Collaborate with the credit team for documentation, approvals, and disbursals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or loans
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
- Ability to handle field work and client visits in and around Delhi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
