**Sale Executive Job Description**
**(Only Experience in Cosmetics Manufacturing Industry will be considered)**
**Required Experience**: 0-2+ years in sales
**Salary**:INR 15,000 - 35,000 (Depending upon fresher/ experience)
**Location**: New Delhi
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:A Bachelor's degree or above.
- **Professional communication skills**: Both written and verbal
- **Fluency** in English and Hindi
- Knowledge about the different sales strategies, client handling and ATL/ BTL activities.
**Job description**
The primary role of the Sales Executive will be to prospect for new clients by networking, advertising or other means.
They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches in order to convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a rapport with new clients, and provide the support that will continually improve the relationship.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- The main duties of the Sales Executive would be as follows:
Core Sales Related
- **Analysis of Data** collected through Lead Generation
- **Evaluating Effectiveness** of Online Data
- **Providing feedback** to the Digital Marketing Manager about the commerce quality of our online data.
- Conducting **BTL activities **to improve brand recognition
- Establishing a **personal connection with the customers.**
- Creating a **sales pitch** - and updating it on a regular basis as per requirements
- **Sales conversion ratio**:Improving the leads, to increase the same
- **Creating result-oriented structures **and work culture
- **Interaction** with prospective customers through different channels and bringing in **interventions and innovations **for better customer experience and effective resolution of their needs.
- **To manage** the way of answering calls, medium of communication used and progress in relationship building and bring about innovations in the same.
Client Acquisition and Retention Related
- **Maintain a high degree of relationship** for smooth execution of projects.
- **Collaborate** with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations
Management and Research
- **Submit weekly progress reports** and ensure data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management systems.
- **Track and record activity** on accounts and help to close deals to meet sales targets.
- **Work with marketing staff** to ensure that marketing activities are completed in a timely manner.
- **Research and develop** a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.
- **Understand the company's goal and purpose** so that it will continually enhance the company's performance.
