SALES EXECUTIVE/MANAGER

Location: Vikaspuri

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours : 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (Mon - Sat)

Salary : Upto 35k plus incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to promote and sell credit card products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate credit card solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 6 months to 6 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in financial products or credit card sales.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of credit card products and the financial services industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in English and local language(s).
