**Your Role**:

- **Handle both domestic and overseas shipments**:

- **Drive logistics savings projects to meet overall logistics budget**:

- **Documents submission to finance and co-ordination for payment**:

- **Track and trace both inbound and outbound shipments and ensure on time delivery and receipt**:

- **Monitor forwarders DSR and follow up to share Pre-alert documents on time to avoid any late filling of Bill Of Entry and handle any amendments**:

- **Follow up with CHA/ Forwarder to clear the critical shipments based on urgency Target to achieve Zero penalty and demurrage on every shipment Validate shipping documents and suggest optimal MOT to save freight cost**:

- **Monitor premium freight amount and update to finance on monthly basis**:

- **Track MIT/GIT details and submit monthly report to finance**:

- **Authenticate the freight bills before submit to finance**:

- **Submit monthly freight provision to finance (billed/unbilled)**:

- **Ensure to utilize export and import under schemes/ benefits (RoDTEP, Duty Draw Back)**:

- **Ensure to meet logistics budget and prepare MIS report on monthly basis Knowledge in Dangerous Goods packing and forwarding**:

- **Other Special assignments as assigned by supervisor**

**Your Background**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Experience in freight forwarder handling**:

- **Good in spoken English & Hindi**:

- **Positive Attitude and willingness to learn**:

- **Continuous improvement mindset**
