Transportation Coordination:
Arrange and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Select appropriate carriers and negotiate shipping rates.

Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and freight forwarders.

2. Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed.

Ensure accurate stock levels and track inbound and outbound shipments.

Coordinate warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, and dispatching.

3. Shipping and Receiving:
Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, packing lists).

Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international shipping laws.

Oversee loading and unloading of goods to ensure proper handling and storage.

4. Supplier and Vendor Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and vendors.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of goods.

Resolve any issues related to delayed or incorrect shipments.

5. Customer Service:
Communicate with clients to provide shipment status and resolve any delivery-related concerns.

Address and resolve logistics and transportation issues in a timely manner.

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Part-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
