**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Coordinate Logistics Operations**:

- Plan, schedule, and track shipments of products to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation companies to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- **Customer Service**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics and delivery inquiries.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding order status, shipping details, and delivery schedules.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
- Generate regular reports on logistics performance, including delivery times, costs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- **Problem Solving and Process Improvement**:

- Identify and resolve logístical issues and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service quality.

**Qualifications**
- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Customer service experience is essential, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, documentation, and customs procedures is a plus.

**Working Conditions**
- **Environment**: Office-based with occasional visits to warehouses or shipping facilities.
- **Hours**: Full-time position, may require occasional overtime depending on operational needs.
- **Travel**: Minimal travel may be required for supplier or customer visits.
