Education:

- Diploma or certification in travel and tourism may be preferred.

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years of Previous experience in a similar role or a background in the travel industry is advantageous.
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience as a travel executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in planning and organizing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel packages, and itineraries based on clients' preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
- Research and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services, ensuring availability and best prices.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers to make reservations, handle bookings, and resolve any issues or changes.
- Manage travel documentation, including visas, passports, travel insurance, and other necessary paperwork.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry regulations to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client information using travel management software or databases.
- Collaborate with team members and travel partners to ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences for clients.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and online reservation platforms.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and travel documentation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client preferences.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
