**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced **Middle School Coordinator** to oversee and manage the academic and co-curricular activities of Grades 3-7. The coordinator will work closely with teachers, students, and parents to ensure high teaching and learning standards and foster an engaging and supportive school environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Leadership**:

- Ensure teachers adhere to lesson plans, timelines, and curriculum standards.
- Conduct regular classroom observations to ensure effective teaching methods and student engagement.
- Assist teachers in developing innovative teaching strategies and assessments to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Develop and manage the **academic calendar** for Middle School, including schedules for exams, assessments, and events.

**Teacher Coordination and Support**:

- Provide mentorship and guidance to teachers, ensuring alignment with the school’s teaching philosophy.
- Organize regular meetings with teachers to review academic progress, address challenges, and share best practices.
- Plan and conduct professional development sessions for the teaching staff.
- Act as a substitute teacher in case of staff absences, ensuring continuity in learning.

**Student Development**:

- Monitor and track students’ academic performance and overall progress.
- Counsel students on academic challenges and help them set goals for improvement.
- Address behavioral and disciplinary issues in collaboration with teachers and parents.

**Parental Engagement**:

- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child’s academic and co-curricular progress.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to address concerns, share insights, and discuss strategies for student growth.

**Event and Activity Coordination**:

- Plan and oversee co-curricular and extracurricular events, competitions, and celebrations for Grades 3-7.
- Coordinate with teachers to ensure smooth execution of events and foster student participation.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure timely corrections of assignments, assessments, and project submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, student performance, and teacher activities for audit and review.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Collaborate with the school management to implement policies and achieve institutional goals.
- Prepare detailed reports on student performance, teacher activities, and curriculum implementation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed.) or a relevant field. Additional certifications in educational leadership or administration are a plus.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role in a middle school setting.
- Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and curriculum development for Grades 3-7.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools for planning and communication.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple responsibilities.

**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
