**Job Title**: TGT Science Teacher (Middle School)
**Location**: Birla Open Minds International School, Warangal

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Science** to **Middle School students**, covering core areas such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with **Birla’s Integrated Curriculum**, emphasizing hands-on learning and concept clarity.
- Encourage scientific thinking by incorporating experiments, real-world examples, and interactive activities into the classroom.
- Prepare students for academic assessments and ensure curriculum objectives are met.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas where additional support is needed.
- Organize and supervise science-related events, activities, and projects, such as science fairs or STEM workshops.
- Foster a classroom environment that promotes collaboration, inquiry, and a love for learning.
- Stay updated on best practices in science education and integrate them into teaching strategies.
- Maintain strong communication with parents, providing updates on student performance and progress.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology) with B.Ed.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience teaching **Science** at the Middle School level.
- In-depth knowledge of the science curriculum for Grades 6 to 8.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to make science engaging and relatable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
