As a Pre-Primary Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning and excellence of our Pre-Primary section.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Leadership**:

- Ensure teachers are following approved lesson plans and adapting them to meet the needs of individual learners.
- Monitor and guide teachers to complete corrections and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Develop and manage the **academic calendar** for the Pre-Primary section, including lesson schedules, assessments, and milestones.
- **Parental Engagement**:

- Regularly communicate with parents to discuss their child’s progress, behavior, and development.
- Address parental concerns and provide insights into the school’s teaching methods and philosophy.
- **Teacher Coordination and Development**:

- Mentor and support Pre-Primary teachers, ensuring they maintain high teaching standards.
- Organize regular meetings with the teaching staff to review progress, address challenges, and share best practices.
- Plan and conduct workshops for continuous professional development of teachers.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Lead the planning and preparation for Pre-Primary events, ensuring collaboration and timely execution by all teachers.
- Coordinate with teachers to organize activities that promote creativity, cultural awareness, and holistic growth among students.
- **Substitute Teaching**:

- Act as a substitute teacher for **Nursery to Grade 2** in case of teacher absences, ensuring continuity of lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular classroom observations to ensure a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain records of lesson plans, corrections, and student assessments for review and audit purposes.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Work closely with the school’s management team to implement policies, address operational challenges, and maintain standards.
- Prepare reports on student performance, teacher activities, and program effectiveness as required by the management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed.) or Early Childhood Education. Additional certifications in leadership or administration are a plus.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary or Primary levels, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with teachers, parents, and children.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities.
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools for academic planning and communication.

**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
