**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced **Intermediate and Senior Secondary Coordinator** to oversee Grades 11-12, with a primary emphasis on managing exams, academic performance, and teacher coordination. The role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping students succeed academically.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Leadership**:
- Ensure the curriculum is effectively implemented and supports preparation for board exams and competitive tests like JEE, NEET, and others.
- Supervise lesson planning, teaching methodologies, and the use of supplementary study materials.
- Monitor student progress and academic rigor to ensure high-quality outcomes.
**Exam Management**:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and administration of internal assessments, pre-board, and board exams.
- Coordinate the preparation of question papers, ensuring quality and alignment with exam standards.
- Manage the evaluation process, including timely corrections and result declarations.
- Conduct and review mock exams to help students prepare effectively for board and competitive exams.
- Analyze exam results to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
**Teacher Coordination**:
- Guide and mentor teachers to maintain high teaching standards and support them in preparing students for academic challenges.
- Conduct regular meetings to review academic progress and exam readiness.
- Step in as a **substitute teacher** when necessary to ensure the seamless continuity of lessons.
**Student Development**:
- Provide individualized academic counseling to students, helping them prepare for board and competitive exams.
- Identify students requiring additional support and implement targeted interventions.
- Offer strategies and guidance to students on effective study habits and exam preparation.
**Parental Communication**:
- Update parents on their child’s academic performance, including exam readiness and results.
- Address parental concerns about academic progress and suggest actionable strategies to support students at home.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Collaborate with school leadership to align academic and administrative processes with institutional goals.
- Prepare detailed reports on exam performance, student progress, and teacher effectiveness for management review.
- Support admission efforts by providing prospective parents with information about the senior secondary program and its outcomes.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or coordination role in senior secondary education.
- Strong understanding of board exam requirements and preparation for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and others.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills for overseeing exams and academic programs.
- Proficiency in data analysis to track performance trends and implement improvements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with teachers, students, and parents.
**Salary Range**: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month
