Position Title: Pre-Sales Executive Location: Wakad Reports To: Sales Manager / Pre-Sales Manager Job Summary: The Pre-Sales Executive plays a crucial role in assisting the sales team in generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and providing initial customer support and information. The role is designed for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a deep understanding of real estate offerings, market trends, and client needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals. Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and readiness to buy or invest in real estate properties. Maintain a database of leads and update records regularly. Product Knowledge & Presentations: Provide detailed information about real estate projects, including property features, location benefits, investment opportunities, and pricing. Prepare and deliver product presentations, brochures, and proposals to potential clients. Conduct virtual or in-person property tours as needed. Client Interaction & Support: Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the pre-sales process. Schedule and manage appointments with clients for site visits, meetings, or calls. Coordinate with the sales team for seamless transition from pre-sales to actual sales closure. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams about market insights and opportunities. Help the company adapt to emerging market needs and tailor product offerings accordingly. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead progress and sales strategies. Assist the marketing team in generating campaigns that attract potential clients. Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates to refine targeting strategies. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities. Prepare reports on lead progress, market trends, and sales opportunities for management. Assist with the preparation of proposals and contracts when necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales support role, preferably within the real estate industry. Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property types, and investment strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
