**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for IT products, solutions, and services.- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.).- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and business development objectives.- Work closely with the technical/pre-sales team to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position the company’s offerings effectively.- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and sales pipeline updates for management.

**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT sales, preferably in software solutions, IT services, cloud, or infrastructure sales.- Strong understanding of IT industry trends and technology solutions.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build strong client relationships and handle high-value deals.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
