**Logistics Executive, Pune - Your future position?**

As a Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for the outbound logistics management at the Ranjangaon plant for our Taste & Wellbeing Operations.

In this exciting role, you will:
Ensure timely Dispatch and ensure thorough shipment planning
Physical verification of material along with the invoice while dispatching
Check customer requirement before material dispatch, like seal, additional label & packing, Palletization
Loading of vehicles as per Givaudan guidelines with proper PPE's
Monitor Vehicle loading activity, Vehicle check list & PDI
Verification of Invoice, Eway Bill and COA before dispatch
Co-ordinate with production team & QC team for urgent dispatches
Monitoring Warehouse activities for FG Receiving & Storage
Support Customer Audit & 5's
Co-ordinate with Exim team for export order.
Provide material readiness mail i.e. material details, tare weight, Gross weight etc.
Co-ordinate with production & W/H team for UN packing for DG material
Co-ordination with QM team for material verification
Scrap management
Provide support to Customer Support & Sales team
Track & Maintain records of sales return
Create Debit & Credit Note
Reports / MIS
Support to new project implementation

**Your profile includes**:
Graduate Degree with any specialization
Relevant experience of around 6 to 7 years in Outbound logistics management (plant)|
Good Communications skills
