**Executive - Plant Logistics**:

**Purpose of Role**

Pre-Shipment Documentation for Domestic & export shipment in SAP.
Preparation of E-way bill & supporting document for export & Domestic shipment.
Co-ordination with cross functional team (Marketing, Sales, Planning, Plant team - QA, Production, Warehouse) and external stake holder - Logistics, Service provider.
Knowledge of EXIM & Logistics is must and aware about the complaince of documentation of domestic & international (GST invoice, E-way Bill, Export invoice & packing list, Shipping bill, BOL, Custom etc).
MIS generation and Analysis for improvement.

**Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum required)**
3-6 years

**Qualification**
B.Com/ B.Sc / BCA / BBA

**Specific or Additional Certifications (if Any) required**
Diploma in EXIM /SCM /logistics

**Technical Skills Requirement**
Material management / import export management / Supply chain management / Proficient in Excel

**Behavioral Skills Requirement**
People management, computer skills with SAP, Strong Communication and Co-ordination & Interpersonal Skills, Time management, focused to work.

**Internal Stakeholders**
Plant Commercial (coordination for pre-shipment document preparation)
Logistics Planning ( Coordination for Comfirm qty etc)

Finance, Marketing /Sales, Plant planning team, Plant QA Team
( Coordination for incident while documentation like credit block, Net selling error, Order block, OBD release etc)

Note - Working in Rotation Shift ( In between Morning to Mid Night) & Rotation Weekly Off ( 5 Working day)
